HEDWIG MEMORIAL CENTER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when returning the signed contract to hold a reservation. The amount of the deposit will be credited toward the total bill which will be totaled 8 days before the event and payment in full are due at this time.
PAYMENTS:
WE ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR PERSONAL CHECKS. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. (sorry)
The total amount for all the food/liquor service must be paid at least eight (8) days prior to the event when submitting the final count of persons to be served. No meals will be served without this payment.
